Zahajovací turnaj IGNITION sa bude konať 30.5.2011 v Celtic Manor Resort, dejisku posledného Ryder Cupu.

Dvanásť hráčov začne písať históriu...
Graham McDowell a Paula Creamer – aktuálni víťazi US Open, štyria ďalší víťazi Major turnajov a ďalších 7 hviezd svetového golfu z týmov Ryder Cupu a Solheim Cupu. Zostava, ktorá sa pyšní viac ako 300 turnajovými víťazstvami. Tucet doplnia traja „bažanti“ z radov Tour profesionálov.

Celtic Manor, ihrisko, ktoré sa zapísalo do histórie ako dejisko najvzrušujúcejšieho Ryder Cupu sa zapíše do dejín ako hostiteľ historicky prvého svetového turnaja PowerPlay Golfu.  Trojhodinová bitva preverí nervy a taktiku všetkých hráčov.

Ďalšie dva turnaje svetovej série PowerPlay Golf sa budú konať v lokalite Ďalekého Východu a v USA.
