Červená nitkovitosť (Laetisaria fuciformis)

Choroba sa prejavuje slamovožltými škvrnami s výskytom červených vlákien mycélií huby. napadnuté miesta tak dostávajú červenkastú farbu. Listy môžu byť nitkovito zúžené. Za priaznivých podmienok choroba môže mať veľmi rýchly nástup.

Symptómy:

Spočiatku na tráve vidieť bledé nepravidelné, rôzne veľké škvrny, ktoré postupne dostávajú slamovo žltohnedú farbu. Na napadnutých častiach rastlín (zvlášť pri vysokej vzdušnej vlhkosti) sa objavujú červeno tmavé ružové vlákna mycélia huby a napadnuté miesta tak dostávajú červenkastú farbu. Listy môžu byť nitkovito zúžené. Za priaznivých podmienok choroba môže mať veľmi rýchly nástup.

Rizikové faktory:

Vysoká vlhkosť vzduchu, pri súčasnej teplote vzduchu 16 - 22 º C, dlhodobé zamokrenie, rosa, hmla, nízka hladina výživy. Choroba sa vyskytuje hlavne v neskorom lete a v skorej jari. Menej odolné sú odrody kostravy červenej.

Vývoj a šírenie:

Pôvodca choroby prečká vo forme sklerócia v infikovanej trávnej hmote alebo organických zvyškoch. Za priaznivých podmienok, dochádza k rozvoju huby a jej rozšíreniu na zdravé časti trávnika.

Ochrana:

Vyrovnaná výživa, pravidelné kosenie a prevzdušňovanie trávnika, optimálne zavlažovanie ( nezavlažovať príliš veľa), stieranie rosy . Odstraňovanie plsti ako zdroja možnej nákazy.

V prípade silného napadnutia ošetriť fungicídom s účinnou látkou mancozeb, prochloraz propiconazole, iprodione, azoxystrobin, triadimefon, myclobutanil. V prípade silného napadnutia urobiť dosev prázdnych miest.
